Seven hundred fifty-two to one thousand ninety-seven base pairs of the trnL intron and trnL- trnF intergenic spacer of the chloroplast DNA of 55 Juncaceae taxa (Juncus, Luzula, Rostkovia, and Oxychloë) was sequenced.
