We describe a girl with short stature, mild mental retardation, hemihypotrophy, atrial septal defect I, bilateral branchial cleft fistulas and abnormal skin pigmentation. Growth hormone deficiency and other frequent causes of short stature were excluded. Blood karyotype was investigated twice.
