The fingerprints of 10 species including 27 accessions in genus Corchorus were investigated with the technique of RAPD. Twenty-five primers were screened from 119 random primers, and a total of 329 DNA fragments were amplified ranging from 0.3-3.0 kb, 253 (87.78%), which were polymorphic.
