We have used the XI Histocompatibility Workshop sequence-specific oligonucleotide probes to determine the DRB1, DQA1 and DQB1 genotypes by dot-blot hybridization of polymerase chain reaction (pcr)-amplified material from a homogenous black population in Zimbabwe.
