In vitro preincubation with recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(rhG-CSF, 100 ng/ml) enhanced the cytotoxicity of 1-beta-D-arabinofuranosylcytosine(Ara-C) in leukemic cells resistant to Ara-C from a patient with biphenotypic leukemia.
