A 39-year-old old Jewish woman of Algerian origin developed a rapidly progressive neurocognitive disorder characterized by asymmetric rigidity, spasticity with bilateral Babinski's sign, bradykinesia, altered speech that progressed to mutism, and severe bradyphrenia.
