OBJECTIVE: To search for pyrin mutations associated with familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) in Greece. PATIENTS AND METHODS: 62 patients fulfilling the Tel Hashomer diagnostic criteria for definite (33) or probable (29) FMF diagnosis were studied.
