Two symbiotic pea (Pisum sativum L.) mutants SGEFix(-)-1 (sym40) and SGEFix(-)-2 (sym33) with abnormalities in infection thread formation in symbiotic root nodules were characterised with respect to dynamics of arbuscule development at 15 degrees C and 24 degrees C.
