Abstract excerpt

Nine tetranucleotide short tandem repeat (STR) locus of D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820 and one Amelogenin loci were analyzed using multiplex PCR with fluorescent-labeled primers following capillary electrophoresis. This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and very useful for personal identification.
