BACKGROUND: DNA sequences from chromosome Y can cause gonadoblastoma development in patients with Turner syndrome (TS). Estimated risk is about 30%. The aim of the study is detection of Y-sequences of DNA level, calculation of mosaicism and its cytogenetic location.
