Nail-patella syndrome (NPS) is a rare autosomal dominant pleiotropic disorder characterized by dysplasia of the nails, patellar aplasia or hypoplasia, iliac horns, dysplasia of the elbows, and frequently glaucoma and progressive nephropathy.
