Microsatellite (SSR) diversity at 28 loci comprising seven types of tandem dinucleotide repeated motifs was analyzed in 105 individual plants of wild emmer wheat, Triticum dicoccoides, from a microsite in Yehudiyya, northeast of the Sea of Galilee, Israel.
