Zygotic embryos of three Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. mutants lacking an embryonic shoot apical meristem (SAM), shoot meristemless (stm), wuschel (wus) and zwille/pinhead (zll/pnh) were used as explants to establish embryogenic cell cultures.
