Blepharophimosis/ptosis/epicanthus inversus syndrome (BPES) is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by abnormalities of the eyelids. We herein report a 12-year-old girl with BPES who had bilateral blepharophimosis, ptosis, hypertelorism, and downslanting palpebral fissures.
