AIM: To describe the clinical phenotype in infants with ARC syndrome, the association of arthrogryposis, renal tubular acidosis, and cholestasis. METHODS: The medical records for six patients with ARC syndrome were reviewed, presenting over 10 years to three paediatric referral centres.
