HLA-DRB1, -DQA1 and -DQB1 allele frequencies were determined by high-resolution polymerase chain reaction using sequence-specific oligonucleotide probes (PCR-SSOP) and/or DNA sequencing in 126 healthy individuals in Cameroon.
