Two newly developed microsatellite markers on Yp11 (DXYS265) and Yq11.21 (DXYS266) and our previously reported marker, on Yp11 (DXYS241), were typed by triplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 102 Japanese, 18 white American, and 17 black American males. The DXYS265 locus revealed three alleles, the DXYS266 locus showed two alleles, while the DXYS241 locus showed five alleles. Nine different compound haplotypes...
