OBJECTIVE: To evaluate simultaneous diagnosis of infection and molecular resistance testing of Helicobacter pylori. METHODS: Gastric biopsies were obtained from 26 rapid urease-positive and 51 rapid urease-negative test kits used to diagnose H pylori infection.
