The authors reviewed the medical records of seven patients with anti-GQ1b immunoglobulin G (IgG) who had no or minimal external ophthalmoplegia but showed ataxia. The clinical features of the patients were consistent with the ataxic form of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS).
