Following the establishment of isofemale lines and subsequent inbreeding, the ichneumonid parasitoid wasp Diadegma chrysostictos (Gmelin) was shown by segregation of polymorphic alloenzyme loci to have single-locus complementary sex determination (sl-CSD).
