Fifty-three units of 5S rDNA sequences from five accessions of Kengyilia rigidula, a member of the tribe Triticeae that also includes wheat, barley, rye, and their wild relatives, have been amplified by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), cloned, and sequenced.
