The restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) of apolipoprotein(apo) A I gene were studied using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 69 endogenous hypertriglyceridemics (HTG) and 74 healthy subjects from a population of Chinese Han nationality in Chengdu area.
