We report a 12-year-old girl with features of the syndrome of microcephaly, mesobrachydactyly, and tracheoesophageal fistula, who also developed distinctive features of Rett syndrome including regression of milestones with repetitive actions, autistic-like behavior, stereotypic hand movements, and seizures.
