The goal of this work was to investigate the numeral karyotypic variability in different sublines (MT, M2). These sublines are formed spontaneously from the main cell line (M) and have modal number of chromosomes 9 and 10, MSVK (main structural variant karyotype)--3 + 3 + 1 + 2 and 3 + 4 + 2 + 1.
