Concordance alone is insufficient if the comparison samples share the same spatial bias. Evidence should include independently located samples, calibrated mosaic estimates across relevant cell fractions, and an upper bound on discordance between biopsy and unsampled tissue. A defensible threshold should be set for the specific embryo-level claim and its consequence, then validated on embryos sampled under the intended biopsy protocol. Without that decision-specific bound, the result supports a statement about the biopsy, not the embryo as a whole.

Imaging claims should survive acquisition and annotation changes.

Boundary perturbations test annotation sensitivity, whereas rescanning or protocol changes test acquisition dependence, and either source of instability can undermine the radiogenomic association.
