Which immune mediators alter the AAV dose ceiling?

A systems genetics analysis of coronavirus severity in mice could nominate immune mediators for AAV studies, but disease severity is not a proxy for vector tolerance. The relevant follow-up would perturb each candidate across AAV doses, measure early responses in target tissue and circulation, and track dose-normalized expression. A candidate matters for delivery if it changes expression durability or redosing outcome after anti-capsid and anti-transgene immunity are resolved separately.
