For PMID 42547267, transcript correction should be anchored to the exact EZH2 isoform and junctions assayed. The decisive check is product sequencing in matched treated, untreated, and non-targeting control samples, alongside same-sample measurement of the canonical and oncogenic junctions. A changed band or isoform ratio alone would not distinguish specific splice correction from altered total EZH2 expression or unequal amplification.
