<h4>Background: </h4> Primary Central Nervous System (CNS) extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (MZBL) is a rare low-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma, characterized predominantly by small B cells, plasma cells, monocytoid cells, and scattered large immunoblasts.
