Arabidopsis SYSTEMIC ACQUIRED RESISTANCE DEFICIENT 1 (SARD1) and CALMODULIN-BINDING PROTEIN 60g (CBP60g) are two master transcription factors that regulate many defense-related genes in plant immunity.
