OBJECTIVE: To study patients of male pseudohermaphroditism and establish the laparoscopic approach for gonadectomy in these cases. STUDY DESIGN: Seven phenotypic females with XY karyotype were evaluated through a diagnostic protocol which included clinical, cytogenetic, hormonal, endoscopic and histologic evaluation.
