Abstract excerpt
Phototherapy with broadband UVB is an effective treatment for inflammatory dermatoses. A newly developed fluorescent UVB lamp (Philips TL01) that emits a narrowband UVB around 311 nm was shown to be superior for the phototherapy of psoriasis.
