Epidermolysis bullosa simplex with mottled pigmentation (EBS-MP; MIM no 131960) is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by skin blistering at acral sites, punctate palmo-plantar hyperkeratoses, and mottled pigmentation of the trunk and proximal extremities.
