The genomic DNA from thirteen different ecotypes and inbred lines of silkworm, Bombyx mori, were analyzed by digesting with BstNI and HinfI restriction enzymes followed by hybridization with banded krait minor satellite DNA (Bkm)-2(8) minisatellite probe.
