Phenotypically dissimilar greenhouse isolates from a Polish collection of potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) were analysed. Partially purified PSTVd genomic RNAs from severe, intermediate and mild isolates was reverse transcribed and the resulting cDNAs enzymatically amplified.
