Allele and genotype frequencies for seven polymerase chain reaction-based DNA genetic markers were determined in a Swiss sample population. The loci are D1S80, HLA-DQ alpha, low density lipoprotein receptor, glycophorin A, hemoglobin G gammaglobin, D7S8, and group-specific component. All loci meet Hardy-Weinberg expectations.
