Restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) were revealed at the porcine casein loci with the following combinations of restriction endonucleases and porcine cDNA clones: alpha s1-casein (TaqI); alpha s2-casein (BamHI); and beta-casein (SacI).
