The genetic diversity of nine Amerindian tribes (Boruca, Bokota, Bribrí, Cabecar, Guatuso, Guaymí, Huetar, Kuna and Teribe) from Costa Rica and Panama were analyzed using 48 loci of enzymatic systems, blood groups and serum proteins.
