In the present paper, dominant lethal mutations, chromosome aberrations in spermatocytes and reciprocal translocations in stem spermatogonia were analyzed after whole body exposure of mice to X-radiation. Results both from chromosome aberrations in spermatocytes and for reciprocal translocations in spermatogonia showed that pre-exposure to low doses up to 200 mGy could induce a significant dose-dependent...
