Biallelic titin truncation variants (TTNtvs) are linked to severe cardiac and skeletal muscle diseases, due to unclear mechanisms. Using induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes from a biallelic TTNtv patient with dilated cardiomyopathy, we investigated sarcomere structure/function.
