Fimbristylis littoralis Gaudich., a harmful sedge weed in Chinese rice paddy, impairs rice productivity and quality. In this study, we identified a resistant population (FL2) displaying multiple resistance to pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and bentazone, alongside cross-resistance to other acetolactate synthase (ALS)-inhibiting herbicides.
