Griscelli Syndrome Type 2 (GS2) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder caused by pathogenic mutations in the RAB27A gene. Typically, it is characterized by cutaneous hypopigmentation, immunodeficiency, with or without neurological abnormalities secondary to hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).
