Quorum sensing (QS) regulates several key bacterial phenotypes, including virulence and spoilage. This study aimed to investigate the anti-QS potential of resveratrol, a natural polyphenolic compound, against A. salmonicida GMT3 isolated from spoiled sturgeon.
