BACKGROUND: Prior studies in patients with BRAF-mutant melanoma have shown increased density of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) after 2 weeks of BRAF (BRAFi) ± MEK inhibition (MEKi), but did not characterize the functional state or clonal diversity of TIL over time.
