Primary cutaneous aggressive epidermotropic CD8+ cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma (PCAECTCL) is a rare, rapidly progressive cutaneous T-cell lymphoma that poses significant diagnostic challenges, particularly in mucocutaneous variants.
