BACKGROUND: Ceftazidime-avibactam (CZA), ceftolozane-tazobactam (CT), and imipenem-relebactam (IMR) are newer β-lactam/β-lactamase inhibitor (BL/BLI) combinations used for treatment of multidrug resistant (MDR) Pseudomonas aeruginosa, although resistance has already emerged.
