BACKGROUND: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths. TP53 mutations are frequently observed in CRC. This study evaluates TP53 mutations in tissue and fecal samples from CRC patients in Makassar, Indonesia, assessing diagnostic utility.
