Ovarian cancer remains one of the most lethal gynecologic malignancies, largely due to high recurrence rates and treatment-related toxicities. Although PARP inhibitors like Olaparib have shown efficacy in BRCA-mutated cancers, their benefit is limited in broader patient populations.
