ABSTRACT: Immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) resistance is a key clinical challenge in myeloma treatment. Previous data suggest almost one-third of myeloma patients acquire genetic alteration of the key IMiD effector cereblon (CRBN) by the time they are pomalidomide refractory.
