ABSTRACT Adding inotuzumab ozogamicin (InO) to hyper‐CVAD and blinatumomab may improve outcomes in newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome (Ph)‐negative B‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B‐ALL).
