[Clinicopathological and molecular features of two cases of early gastric adenocarcinoma with enteroblastoid differentiation treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection].

目的： 探讨早期伴肠母细胞分化胃腺癌（gastric adenocarcinoma with enteroblastic differentiation，GAED）的临床病理、免疫表型和分子遗传学特征。 方法： 收集南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院2017—2023年经内镜黏膜下剥离术切除确诊的2例早期GAED，采用免疫组织化学、二代测序并结合文献探讨其临床病理和分子学特征。 结果： 2例患者均为男性，年龄分别58和72岁，均发生于胃窦部，且均混合管状腺癌。例1 GAED位于黏膜固有层，例2 GAED侵达黏膜下层，2例均出现典型胞质丰富透亮肿瘤细胞，呈管状、乳头状和巢状排列，免疫组织化学均不同程度表达SALL4、Glypican-3和甲胎蛋白。二代测序例1显示RANBP2、FLT4、CARD11和NOTCH1基因错义突变，ZRSR2移码突变；例2显示SPTA1、FGFR1无义突变，CASP8、TP63、TET2、FBXW7、PI...
